My wife is having a problem with our printer (HP Deskjet 335 All-in-One), and I am trying to figure out if it's the printer or the software she is using to print labels. Her pc runs Vista Business 32-bit, and she has been trying to print mailing labels from MS Publisher 2007 on Avery 5162 labels with little success. She has selected the correct labels template (Avery 5162), but when she prints a sheet of labels (or even 1 or 2 labels for that matter) from Publisher on the Avery paper, the first row of labels prints above the first label on the sheet of labels and throws the spacing off for the whole page of labels to where you can't use any of them.
